The Sleep Easy blend helps establish a regular sleep routine, which helps people fall asleep more quickly at night.
This is because it works on the body's natural rhythm. The ingredients are carefully blended to suit all age groups.
Just one cup will get you ready for bedtime.
Dosage and instructions
- Take 1-3 cups daily as and when needed.
- 1 tablespoon measure to one cup of tea.
- Let the tea steep for 5-10 minutes.
- Cover the tea while it steeps.
- You need to let it steep for the proper amount of time.
- The longer it steeps the more bitter it may taste.
- Do not boil your tea as it will take out the nutrients, rather leave it overnight to steep if you want it to be strong.
- Instead of sugar, use honey.
- You can have the tea warm or cold with fruits (citrus fruits, berries, etc.)
NOTE: Cannot be taken when pregnant or breastfeeding
Returns Policy
We have a 24 hours return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@yonihealing.co.za If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, your account will be credited with the amount for the goods returned.
Refunds
Please note that we do not give refunds, we only exchange.
