How To Use Menstrual Support Tea
- Take 5 days before your period, during your period and 5 days after your periods
- Take 1-3 cups daily, as and when needed
- Place one tablespoon of tea into a cup.
- Cover with boiling water (Important: water must be hot)
- Cover and steep for 5 - 10 minutes
Note
- Do not boil the tea as it removes the required nutrients and herbs
- It's essential to let the tea steep for the recommended amount of time.
- The longer the tea steeps, the more bitter it may taste. Use honey instead of sugar to sweeten.
- If you are using more than one tea from the Yoni range, use them on alternating days.
- Do not use this tea while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Returns Policy
We have a 24 hours return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@yonihealing.co.za If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item, your account will be credited with the amount for the goods returned.
