At first I was sceptical about steaming until I got an infection from the public toilets. I steamed using a bucket, herbs and streaming bowl. " FYI I don't steam in the toilet because I have a sensitive body and I live with a lot of people." I felt relieved. The itchy reduced and well as the inflammation. Now I steaming 3 times a week
