I didnt know what to expect with this tea. I wish the ingredients would be listed. But coming off the pill for endo a few months ago I was having debilitating migraines so often. And since taking this tea for a whole month I had to try n remember when the last time was I had one. I've run out. It's PMS time and I feel like crap. Ordering 2 more. Just wish there could be 30 tea bags in 1 pack to last a month.
hormone tea is the best, i see the difference since i started it.
I used this combo then awaiting for my periods to come so I can also testify, well my periods came and it was not that severe pains that I used to experience I'm giving this combo time. But so far so good.
