What you’ll need to steam:
✔ A clean toilet
✔ Yoni steam bowl

How to Yoni steam:
1. Make sure your toilet and stainless-steel bowl are both clean.
2. In your toilet bowl, place the stainless-steel dish.
3. Pour the appropriate amount of steam herbs into the basin.
4. It is important to use boiling water to cover the herbs and allow two minutes for the herbs to cool and brew.
5. As you normally would, take a seat on your toilet. If the steam is too hot, stand up or open your legs to allow air to cool the water slightly.
Reduce leg cramps by positioning a small stool beneath your feet to raise your legs.

Do not use it if you are pregnant or menstruating.
Do not steam for more than 10 minutes if you have an IUD. If you notice any pain, stop using it.
After each usage, discard the herbs and do not ingest them!

A: Steam for at least 20 minutes, or as long as you wish.
Q: How long should I wait after my period to steam?
A: If you don't notice any blood, you can start steaming two days following your period.
Q: How often should I steam?
A: For the first four weeks = steam three times a week
-Yoni steam for normal yoni maintenance = six times a month
-Yoni steam for absent menstrual cycle = four times a week
-Yoni steam for menstrual pain, bloating, or exhaustion = three times a week
-Yoni steam for fertility = four times a week and maybe twice during pre-ovulation. You should expect to steam for three months before seeing results.
-Yoni steam for postpartum = three times a week for the first month. Then once a week thereafter. Please be sure there is no open wound and that you are no longer bleeding.
-Yoni steam for menopause = at least twice a month times for maintenance, but you may steam more often if it feels right.
-Yoni steam for fibroids and other chronic challenges = You may want to steam up to four times a week to ensure optimal results.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
